Terms & Conditions
The Plymoth Webshop range of products is targeted to customers with businesses and private consumers. We reserve the right to make technical changes in the form of further technical developments or changes in colors compared to the photos in the Plymoth Webshop. Any digital or telephone order is binding on your part. An invoice will be sent out after you have completed your order.* Additional oral agreements apply only after written confirmation.
*Delivery will follow 1-2 weeks or earlier after we have received your payment into our account. If you have paid with credit card, the invoice you get will confirm your payment and delivery will follow in 1-2 weeks or earlier.
The quoted prices are for the specifications of the products presented in the Plymoth Webshop. All prices are excluding VAT. Packaging is included in the price but the eventual costs of pallets are additional.
Terms of Payment
We deliver when payment has arrived to our account from your bank or from the credit card company.
Terms and Conditions
The factory delivery date will be specified in the invoice. Delivery days are counted as working days, excluding Saturday and Sunday.
All products come with 2 years warranty under normal use.
Transport damage and eventual complaints
Damaged goods or incomplete deliveries must be notified immediately upon reception, to the transportation company delivering the goods. Write down the damage or the missing package on the delivery bill prior to signing it so that it remains on the carrier's copy. Report the incident to Plymoth, Tel: +46(0)40-70015. All damages and complaints should be reported to Plymoth no later than 7 days after delivery. This also applies to products found damaged after unpacking. Return of delivered goods may not take place until agreements are made with Plymoth.
You have full right of return within 7 days. The following will apply:
1. Call Plymoth and announce that you want to return the article.
2. The item must be intact and equipment in unused condition and in original packaging.
3. The customer will pay for the return shipment.
4. We do not reimburse damages that are caused by the customer.
5. When purchasing multiple copies of a product, a test order must first be ordered for the return policy to apply.
